SSNNL has successfully commissioned 10 MW Canal Top Solar Photovoltaic Grid Connected Power Plant on Vadodara Branch Canal in November-2014. It was dedicated to the Nation by H.E. Mr. Ban Ki-moon, United Nations Secretary-General on 11th January, 2015.
Also, 10MW Solar Power Projects on Canal Top & 15MW Canal Bank Power Projects at Vadodara Branch Canal have been successfully commissioned in October-2017 for the captive use of power at pumping stations of SSNNL. Brief detail of these Solar Power Projects is as link provided below:
