This office is currently in charge of the distribution network of 559740 hectares of GCA out of which 239610 hectares CCA and 233063 hectares is irrigable. it serves command through 9 branches (RBC, KBC, VEJPUR, MADKA, MALSAN, DHIMA, GADSISAR) and 2 direct distributary (UCHAPA and IDHATA) offtaking from NMC. NMC offtaking point of KBC, RBC is from reach 374.486 km to 384.814 km and VEJPUR, MADKA, MALSAN, DHIMA, GADSISAR is from reach 405.722 to 453.357 km..
The command covers Patan and Banaskatha district and 9 talukas namely Radhanpur, Santalpur, Sami of Patan district and Suigam, Vav, Kankrej, Bhabhar, Tharad, Deodar of Banaskatha district.
The command network is also faciliting filling up of ponds, village tanks for irrigation and domestic purpose. Also faciliting water for industrial use.
